Fishing report for 7/28/17 at Ludington, Michigan

The fishing continues to improve.  We are catching Coho salmon, Chinook salmon, Steelhead and an occasional Brown trout.  We are fishing from the 48s up to the 05s in from 70 ft of water out to 160 ft of water.  The water is cold and the break is right around 50 ft.

Best baits are meat rigs on the low wires. Spoons on the highs and Moonshines on the riggers with Greens and Blues being top producers.  On the cores and coppers it has been plugs and White backed Yeck spoons.        Good Fishin……….Capt Ed
